Feeling guilty about eating lunch meat

Yesterday I had a sandwitch -- it was delicious, but I feel like a total jerk for eating lunch meat.
Pregnancy is billed as the time when you can eat whatever you want, but half the stuff I used to like smells nasty now, and many of the things I used to eat are now off limits: sandwitchs, carrots (too much vitamin A), sushi, soft cheese, coffee, tea... the list goes on
Is anyone else struggling with the new rules? Or am I being too hard on myself? Have you "cheated" and eaten a prego-no-no food yet?
