hip pain already?!!!

My hips are killing me today. I'm not sure if it's the mattress or me (DH says the bed is fine to him) but I don't think the bed is the problem but rather my own preggo self. It's wayyyy too early for me to feel like this! It started in the middle of the day rather than just after waking but it's both hips and kinda part of my bum (TMI). I need a pregnancy pillow but don't know where to get one in Jordan. Man this sucks!

Hopefully it was just a fleeting pain and doesn't stink around for the rest of pregnancy....that sounds horrible. I've been noticing back pain when getting up off the floor lately, which is where I spend most of my time playing with my 15 month old. I really hope that doesn't turn into a big issue either
On the positive side, the pain should go away after april
I had it very early on with my last pregnancy. I also used just a regular pillow between my legs. Body pillows also work great.
