Alexander Joseph has arrived!

Alexander Joseph (aka "Alex") arrived at 8:14 am on July 31.  He weighed 7lbs 2oz 18inches.  He was doing fine then his blood sugar dropped to 18 so they had to transfer him to the NICU (my nightmare coming true again!) luckily this NICU wasn't 40 miles away like it was with my first son.  I had an infection from the c/s so they kept me a extra day and pumped me full of antibiotics.  We were able to spend 2 days inthe room together, he had a bit of jaundice and was in the billi bed for a couple days. Other then that, he's a great baby, my ds and dd are getting used to him and loving him. 

The only thing I wish is that someone told me that the pain is much worse after you have a c/s and a tubal.. My dr upped my dose of medicine because I was in so much pain....
