I pretty religiously work out four or five times a week... I do a lot of high impact group fitness classes. Curious if any of you are ladies who love to work out? When I'm pregnant, I get energized working out and feel awesome that I'm doing it for myself and my little bean! This morning was my first Body Attack class since my positive test. I could definately noticed something was different. Felt slightly off and every time I jumped bounced or kicked... my boobs reminded me I was pregnant! Ha!

I don't know why, but I have this nagging feeling I shouldn't do that this time. So I'm slowing it down to a walk (just ran my first half, so I'm OK with this), and going to stick to that and Pilates.
Yep, I am still doing my martial arts - jiu jitsu and kickboxing. But no sparring.

I saw that you're doing martial arts and looking for some balance. I am in exactly the same boat!

hehe our hubby's have great names :)
Hopefully they will let you go month-to-month so you can judge how you are feeling at each stage.
