Could it be? Has M/S passed?

With my first pregnancy, I never had intense always sick ms. Just a couple weeks with mornings where I feel like I need to puke (but can't) and food (protein) usually always helps. That's how it's been the last probably two weeks I'd say.... up until yesterday morning. And this morning, I also woke up, feeling a little more sure stomachy. No extreme queasiness like I felt earlier this week on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday (and last week).
