Hello! I have two beautiful daughters age 5 and 2 1/2. I experienced a miscarriage in July. We started trying again right after I got my first period and we just found out we're due in August. I feel my heart racing every time I think about the pregnancy. I've scheduled to see my doctor the second week in January, I'll be 10 weeks by then. I don't feel very different from the last pregnancy, which ended in a miscarriage, and

I completely understand. I had a loss almost 5 years ago and now I'm paramour too. Everysmall twinge or feeling "wet" I'm sure its over. And I'm inky at 4 weeks so Irs a long way to feeling secure at 12-13 weeks! I'm hoping seeing the heartbeat at 10ishweeks will help! I (yes, stupidly) keep tarring and they are much darker than the original + from 2 days ago so I'm taking that as my momentary good sign. So. You certainly aren't alone, and in Aug of next yearwe will br holding our little bundles and laughing at our paranoia!!!

Hey Janet, I know how you feel. Its totally normal. Ur prob gonna check the TP every trip to bathrm for a while. I do too! The good news is that early m/c is extremely common, while multiple m/c's are not. That m/c is likely to be the only one u ever experience, unless u plan on having several more pregnancies. Its statistics. Barring other health problems, most pregnancies end with a beautiful healthy baby. I have fertility problems which suck, but right now is awesome bc my RE is doing tons of u/s and bloodwork, which is constantly reassuring. Otherwise, I think id be a basket case. Its unfortunate that m/c steals some of the joy away. Keep ur head up. Statistically, ur gonna be fine!
