I'm curious to see how many other biracial families we have on the board? My and DH's families have never been shy to tell us what they thought of our "modern" relationship, especially after our daughter was born. So I'm kind of dreading having to announce this pregnancy. Is anybody else in the same boat?

Not a biracial family, but we have kept my religion a secret from DH's family our entire relationship and we started dating when I was 19. His family is Christen (not sure of the denomination) and I am Wiccan. He obviously doesn't care, neither of us is strongly devout in our choice of religion, so it doesn't affect our personal relationship to speak of. But if it were to "come out" to his extended family, he's not sure what would happen, so its a little white lie for us.
