My OB suggests Pseudaphed for congestion ( not sure if that is what you need or not). When I was pregnant with DS both the OB and pharmacist said it was fine during pregnancy. Not sure what might be ok to take for thenothernsymptoms. Interested to hear what others suggest, sine cold season is definitely starting around here too!
The only things I've done in past pregnancies is using Simply Saline nose spray....even if you're not stuffy, it helps clear all through the ears nose and throat, sleep with a humidifier, and eat a tablespoon of honey for your sore throat/cough. I really hate taking any medicine, even when I'm not preggo!
Probably worth calling your OB if you are worried about what's ok. Different Drs. may have different thoughts on things. Or checking their website. Mine has a page thatt outlines what is ok to take for what ailments, as well as what you should specifically not take and when! Hope you are feeling better!

My doctor has told me no Sudaphed for the first 12 weeks of pregnancy. I would not go that route as the previous poster suggested, just to be careful.
