So, I know that Tylonel p.m. is safe during pregnancy.

Ugh, no matter what time I go to bed, early or late, I'm up almost every single morning between 3 & 4. I know I took Tylenol PM with Jake here and there, but I haven't yet and probably won't with Zoë. But, that's just my preference (and, I get some work done in the wee hours before the kids are awake and my email is blowing up, so that's probably part of it for me.)

I don't know that I would take it every night, to be honest, but, check with your doc. I don't necessarily think it hurts, but I don't really know how prolonged use affects the baby, if it even does.

Not being able to rest is no fun. I feel for you. I'm a zombie most days by the end of my workday. I don't think I'll get a good night's sleep again for 2-3 years. LOL.

I hear ya with the whole work from home thing. It's too big of a temptation to work in the middle of the night because it's nice and quiet and I can fly through things. With that being said, I have 3 young kids still at home and I feel like a zombie. I plan on talking to my doc about it, I just wanted to throw it out here to see what you fine people think as well :-)

I'm still trying very hard not to take it every night, but I'm sleeping a little better :-)

I was doing pretty well last week while on vacation. Not having real restful sleep since hubby was OOT, but sleeping past 7 some days, which is a big thing for me. Now that I'm back to work, I'm up early again. This morning at 2:30. Blech. But, still not ready to take anything just yet. But, if it continues, I probably will eventually!!

Glad you're getting some rest, anyway! :)
