Here I am again, posting for advice on remedies! I'm a hot mess, let's not kid ourselves.

I had terrible all-day morning sickness with DD, and here it is again, reared its ugly head a day SHY of 6 weeks, for which I was most certainly NOT grateful.

I know. Such a joy, right? I have had minimal luck trying to eat something that sounds good as soon as it sounds good, and sometimes after eating I feel less like throwing up. The queasy feeling never really goes away. Just two more months, just two more months...that's what I keep telling myself. Sad lol.

You can do it!!! :) Mine has kinda disappeared for a bit, still have zero desire to eat tho. This would normally be a good thing but my Dr. wasn't thrilled with my weight loss. Figures the one time I don't wanna lose weight I do lol.

Ginger, definitely. Flat gingerale is good. Even this early, I have a fair amount of heartburn, and almonds help. Saltines, definitely.

I haven't actually thrown up or REALLY felt like I was going to, but I just don't feel like eating because food really sounds gross to me. I have that feeling in my throat and feel like I need to keep swallowing all day even though I know I don't actually have anything coming up. Is this just a watered down version of morning sickness? I want to know if it is all in my head!

A friend of mine who's like 3 weeks behind me said that red meat has been helping her.

I'm also loving red meat right now. Specifically roast beef! I cannot LOOK at chicken. UGH.
