They assured me that it is no big dea, and that they're just going to check it again at 32 weeks during another ultrasound.

Honestly, it doesn't matter. I mean, for planning purposes it matters, but healthy or not, this baby is loved and always will be. If God has planned for us to have a sick LO then that's what we'll take. Of course we're praying he'll be healthy, but we're prepared either way. Children are a blessing, no matter what package them come in :-)
My son had bilateral choroid plexus cysts on prenatal U/S.

Doing just a bit of research and I came up with a CPC, which isn't a problematic cyst: http://www.babyzone.com/pregnancy/prenatal-care/choroid-plexus-cyst_71106 and then a CPC group of sorts: http://choroidplexuscyst.org/
If this is what the doc saw, then it probably isn't anything to really worry about. And, I've read that they're usually gone by 32w, which is probably why that's when he'll check again. A long time to wait, for sure, so hopefully time will go by fast for you and you'll find that all is well in there.
