Expecting, sweating -- and wondering how to make it through the next few sweltering weeks? Being pregnant during the summer is different than it is the rest of the year. We asked experts for their best advice on making a hot-weather pregnancy more bearable. Read up, and stay cool, mama!

How are you all holding up with the heat so far?  Is it warm in your area?

It's hot here Cool...sometimes it's all I can think about LOL!  But I live in Phoenix, so complaining about the heat is about as old as complaining about the snow in Minnesota.

Even with the air conditioning blasting half the time (can't wait to see our electric bill), I still sweat like mad, and I wear the bare minimum of clothing.  With the sweat, at least having a fan on dries the sweat and cools me down Smile.  Kind of sucks now since I'm on bedrest and am not allowed to go swimming Cry.

I've faired pretty well with avoiding too much swelling, and I just have to remember to drink drink drink the water.  It's going to be a loooooooong summer I'm sure, and technically it hasn't even started!
