Being sick during pregnancy

So yesterday was the first day in a long time I got sick. I could not hold anything down, not even liquids until much later in the afternoon. I realized though that is one thing about being pregnant, I could really not determine if morning sickness had just reared it's ugly head again, or if I was actually sick. Plus after discussing the whole rib pain issue with my doctor Tuesday she mentioned I could also be having issues with my gallbladder and that a low fat diet may help reduce the pain I have been experiencing. It makes sense now that I think about it because I realized I use to get this same pain (only under my right ribs) before being pregnant too, just not nearly as often and it always went away pretty fast so I never paid too much attention to it. So my sickness yesterday could have also been apart of a gallbladder attack. So frustrating not really knowing what is going on.
Thankfully I am feeling much better today. Last night I was finally able to keep some crackers and fluids down, and got a good nights sleep. After yesterday though I am definitely hoping it is not morning sickness again! I only had it for about a week anyway during my second trimester and not at all in my first. Being sick while pregnant no matter what the cause is not fun anyway you look at it!
I'm trying the low-fat diet right now and it seems to be helping, just so hard to follow! I'm always so hungry. ;)
My SIL had a gall stone when she was pregnant with my nephew. Everything went fine and she had gall bladder surgery some time after delivery.
