bleeding at 4 weeks?

Hey Ladies,

I'm a little over 4 weeks and have been noticing some blood since 10am this morning. I called the doctor right away and she said it could be normal. She told me to lay down and drink lots of water, and call her if it got to the point of dripping onto a pad.

It's not on the pad at all but its there every time I wipe. Sometimes a lot, sometimes not much.

I'm really worried and just wondering if anyone has had this. I'm trying not to stress but it's really hard. We are so excited and just told our parents last night.
