Ok.. ill tell u what i can from expierance.. i have 2 living sons, 24 weeks pregnant with my 3.. ive lost 5 babies to mis carriage.. as far as m/c go.. some i bleed and some i didnt.. my early m/s where painless, while the ones after 8 weeks where pretty painful.. as far as symtoms.. everyone is differnet.. 2 of my healthy pregnacies where completly.symtom free.. no nothing.. untill i felt them kick, i felt completly un pregnant.. now, with # 3.. ive stayed sick, boobs hurt, food aversions.. ugh!..
With all my m/c i had tons of symptom as well.. i even had them after the babies passed..
So, every pregnancy is different.. chances r you r fine.. as of my current pregnacy i get 3 to 5 days here and there where all symtoms have left me.. then they come back! So u may just be lucky like i was my 1st two babies.. or, ur symtoms might come back on ya.. ive had 2 early ultra sounds.. boit 8 weeks u should see a bean.. lol with a heartbeat.. bit a couple of days this early on make a huge difference in the size of baby.. so if she/hasnt made it to the bean size and is smaller, dont panic.. good luck and enjoy your 1st pregnancy!!

Hi- thought I might try to ease your fears! I'm lurking as I am not a first time mom, I'm pregnant with my third.
First of all- it's totally normal for symptoms to just disappear like that. I had it happen with my first two kids and they are happy healthy kids!! Unfortunately I haven't had my symptoms disappear yet with this one, but oh well! Your body has just adjusted to the hormones. You may have some come back or change. Pregnancy is unpredictable.
Secondly, yes unfortunately a fetus can die without symptoms but do not stress yourself out over this!!! And a lot of times the pregnancy symptoms will continue even if this happens so that's not necessarily a sign of anything.
Next, dont worry about the cramps! Lots of weird crampy feelings can happen in pregnancy.
Last, I have had an early u/s with all 3 babies. Sometimes it's hard to find at first bc the baby is low and sometimes far back. Once they find it, it will look like a little bean inside a black area. You will be able to see the tiny flickering of the heart and usually the u/s tech will point it all out to you. Since it's your first baby they may also measure your ovaries and your uterus and measure the baby. You probably won't be able to hear the heartbeat this early but you can see it on the screen.
I hope this helps! Try not to worry as it's not healthy for you or the baby. Just trust your body that it knows what it's doing. Take care!!
