Need advice ASAP please

Hey every one I hope some one can give me a lil advice here I'm 16 weeks pg and I had to take meds for an UTI and one of the side affects is constipation. ok I'm not trying to gross any one out here but I haven't gone to the bathroom "#2" in a few days and its starting to hurt is there anything I can take to help me go or to were it doesn't hurt?
