No fetal pole?

I just have a quick question from one prego to another!

long story short I went in to the ER on Wednesday because I was having very sharp pains...and so they wanted me to come in because they thought I might have an ectopic pregnancy....well, I don't. But they did an ultrasound and they were concerned about where the baby implanted itself in the uterus, so I had to go back for another ultrasound on Friday. They said they aren't really concerned about where it's implanted now, but they didn't see a fetal pole. They said it could be too early to see that, so I have another appt this Friday. I am supposedly going to be 6 weeks on Wednesday
so, my question is...do you remember at all when you first saw fetal pole? Or were your first appts always way later than that?
I am just freaking out.
