It's me Deni again,
I know it is really hard, especially when you have struggled trying to conceive (definitely been there done that!). I know it is hard to be positive and look at the bright side, but I do think that a positive attitude is a big part of the equation. And I totally appreciate the honesty! That is what we are here for...to be able to share with people who will support us and not judge. But I do want to encourage you to be as positive as possible - I really believe that it will lower your stress level, which will improve odds for the baby. And again, I'm a total bundle of stress most of the time, but pregnancy is one of those things where I had to learn that it may just be beyond my control.
I'm so glad you saw that heartbeat! That is really encouraging! When is your next appointment? And, I totally agree that you should step away from Dr. Google. I know how strong the urge is to find all the information you can, but it can be very depressing or inaccurate as well. Please keep us updated on how things go!

Thanks and I understand what you're saying when you say just be happy in that moment but in our situation that would be difficult because if something, God forbid, happened to this baby, there is a slim to no chance of us getting pregnant ever again (I'm 42 and my husbands spermcount was practically nil).
Some bright news is that I was just bent over the toilet, heaving my guts out but nothing came out.
I'm so sorry hun. I've heard it's normal for some spotting so hopefully it's nothing big. Just try not to stress until you go to the doctors. I'll be praying for you. Hope everything goes well!
