Sleep during pregnancy

Anyone have any great advice on tips for sleeping better during pregnancy. I haven't been sleeping the worst, but I know a lot of pregnant moms have problems sleeping with all the frequent trips to the bathroom and adjusting to a changing body. What have you tried that worked? Has anyone tried the body pillows or doing any other tricks that help you get a better night's rest while pregnant?

A friend who has two little ones suggested the body pillow or about 20 other pillows. ;-) She said if you use regular pillows, you'll want 2 between your thighs, one under your stomach, and some propping you up even though you're on your side.
I haven't had many issues sleeping (yet). I normally sleep on my side and will usually not wake up until 5ish to use the bathroom. This might be because I'm having a hard time getting enough liquids in my system, though. Hope you are able to get some good rest soon! :-)
I bought a body pillow for $10 at Walmart and it's wonderful! The only bad thing is when I roll over from side to side that I have to roll it with me. Good news is you don't have to get up in the middle of the night to pee 2nd trimester, but from what I hear, it starts up again third trimester. They do make a pregnancy pillow (I can't think of the name, but that have that at Walmart, Taget, Toys R Us, and Babies R Us- I know) that wraps all the way around you and looks so comfy, but it cost about $60. I may invest in it a little later, but I make do with the body pillow for now.
A friend loaned me her snoogle, so I just bought my own cover for it. Seems a little excessive now, but I'm sure it'll be worth it once I'm bigger! Either way, a pillow between your knees will relieve pressure on your back and hips. I have pain from a car accident many years back, so I have a "leg pillow" even when I'm not pregnant.

It's ok to take tylenol PM, just don't take it too often. Now as for the pillows I have found that two pillow between your knees and a pillow under the rib cage seems to work the best for me. The pillow under the ribcage is to help raise your chest a little so the pressure of the uterus is off your diaphragm, and you can actually breath. I really did not have too many problems sleeping until about 30 weeks or so but after that things tend to start getting alot more cramped inside.
