Starting to get nervous

I am finally starting to feel a little nervous about getting closer to the end. We went to a baby basics class last night and I don't know why but I just felt so awkward with everything. It covered just little basics about everything. They showed us safe holding positions which wasn't a huge deal and some burping positions. I think I felt most awkward about the swaddle bath that they showed us. I think it was intimidating because DH has helped with a newborn before and I think he feels like he's ahead of the game...or ahead of me at least. Maybe I'm just frustrated to feel like he knows more about this stuff and that it should come more naturally to me as a mother. He was so helpful in class with practicing everything but I guess I didn't think I'd feel so much more inexperienced than him. I'm sure it will come in handy to have someone with experience though with a newborn.
I think I'm letting my hormones kick in and just starting to have more nervousness about this baby really coming soon. I'm sure all first time moms have some anxiety about that big day coming. I just wanted to get this all out and I know you girls will understand!

you'll be just fine! we all have a lot to figure out, and we're all nervous. but just think about how quickly we'll all become the experts on our own babies!
during our class, the instructor told the lesser experienced of the couples to practice diapering. guess who that was for us? yep... me!! DH told me i did a good job. :)
the fact that it's getting closer makes all of us nervous. i doubt there's one among us who doesn't feel that! we'll figure it all out in no time!
