Ways you are cutting costs

Preparing for a baby is expensive as all of us know.  What ways are you trying to cut costs in getting ready for your LO's arrival?  Are you buying some things used or looking at consignment stores?  Are you buying a dresser and changing table combo rather than buying each separately?  There are lots of little tricks to save a few dollars in getting ready for you baby's arrival.  We are planning to buy a dresser that will double as a changer and I'm considering buying some things used if I don't get them for my shower.  It helps to be having a baby shower since it's my first, but I'm sure there are still a lot of things that I'm going to be buying on my own.  I'm also pretty sure I get a babies r us completion coupon for a percentage off of things I registered for that no one bought me.  I'm hoping that I can use that to help financially.  I'm also planning to cloth diaper and hopefully breastfeed.  I'm mostly doing the cloth diapers for environmental reasons and breastfeeding because it's supposed to be really good for you baby, but they both will hopefully help with cost reasons as well.  What things are you considering doing to cut costs?
