What are the odds of twins??

Hi every one I'm 6 weeks prego and my boyfriends mom is a twin and I'm just finding out my mothers dad had 3 sets of twins and this is my first baby so what are the odds of me having twins my first time around? Does any one know? I haven't had my first ultrasound yet but I will Monday I just want to try and prepare myself for this I'm a lil scared of what its gunna say any one have any advice for me?
