Name of product: Fisher-Price Newborn Rock 'N Play Sleeper

The Hazard: Mold can grow between the sleeper's plastic, rocking frame and the removable seat cushion according to the Consumer Product Safety Commission. Fisher-Price has received 600 reports of mold developing on the product, and 16 infants have reportedly been treated for respiratory issues, coughs and hives after using the sleeper.
