Anyone's stomach go from soft to hard throughout the day?

Weird question.  It's been three years since having Reagan so I don't really remember much about my first pregnancy.  Anyone else's stomach go from softer to hard and back and forth throughout the day?  I notice it after I eat most of the time but sometimes that isn't always the case.  I was just curious.  Thanks!
