When to tell?

Has everyone made the announcement to their friends/families yet?

 If not, when will you?

My man and I decided not to tell anyone until week 12, just in case.  Which is part of why I'm happy to be here...because I can't tell anyone else for another 5/12 weeks, not even my other kids...it's weird to be super excited and not able to discuss the reason for your happiness.  Soon enough I suppose.

I couldn't keep my mouth closed so all of my close family/friends know.  Feel free to celebrate with us here!  I would have the hardest time ever keeping my mouth closed!

Since our closest friends and family knew we were doing IVF, we couldn't really help but to tell them the good news. A few people at work know, mostly because I'm a nurse and there's a lot of heavy lifting and physical things I do. So it helps that they look out for me and remind me to take it easy. 12 weeks does seem so far away!! I have about 4.5 wks to go.

We won't tell anyone until between 12 and 14 weeks.  We lost a sweet baby a few years ago at about 12 weeks with a missed miscarriage.  We were outed on Facebook and in real life, and then I had to go and unannouce.  Which was horrible.  Except this time, everyone is telling other people, which is really irritating me.
