Yep, I've had a few too. One day I was actually timing how frequent they were coming. I can't remember them this early with my dd. But then again they had to tell me that funny feeling I keept feeling were contractions during a non stress test in my 8th month. So I probably didn't know what I was feeling. But the moral of the story is no you aren't alone. I'm 17 weeks 2 days if that helps.
How exactly would you describe them feeling? I had lower back pain a week and a half ago that felt like a spasm and was rhythmic, every 30 seconds. It lasted for about 5 minutes until I laid down and then took a bath.
I'm 17 weeks, and I think I've had a couple so far. I know with my other 2 pregnancies, I had them early and all the way through the pregnancy. I think they began around 18-20 weeks and continued regularly until I delivered.
The pain you are describing *could* be b/h if your baby is still down really low. It could be sciatica as well. Braxton hicks shouldn't hurt tho. It feels like your uterus gets really tight and firm for like 20-30 seconds and then let go again. It feels like a rubber band getting tight. But it shouldn't hurt. I've had some back pain as well, but I think it's sciatica or nerve pressure.

Third baby and fourth pregnancy for me....and I'm already having them. Usually in the evenings. I'm drinking plenty too!
