Calling on my BTDT Moms:
ginger ale and vitamin b6 should help some. Cheese crackers helped me a lot (think cheez its or gold fish) I have read eating bananas between meals is supposed to help. Don't let yourself get too hungry because it just amplifies it. Oh eating toast with peanut butter is also supposed to help. I had morning sickness with 2 of my pregnancies, one much worse than the other. I didn't have other kids to take care of with my first so I rode it out. I was prescribed zofran with the other and it did help ease some of the sickness. Sea bands! the bracelets people where for sea sickness, also supposed to help. And motherhood maternity sells things called preggo pops that help. Sorry jumbled thoughts, lol.
