I never had swollen feet this early with my other pregnancies. Any one else struggling with this? Tips?

Mine are starting to get swollen by the end of the day. All you can really do is just rest them and keep them elevated so the fluid drains back down. I try to do this at night and it helps. By bedtime they don't feel so huge anymore.

A foot run can help too.

I agree with the PP. Elevate above hip level and if they get incredibly bad buy a pair of knee high anti-embolism stockings. In no way attractive but they keep the swelling down. I have one on constantly for my left leg and I'd be in trouble without it.

Soaking your feet in a mixture of warm water and Epsom salts may help some. :D

Wish I had some good advice. So far my feet are good but I have them up all the time.... I could give you all the same advice all the google search results would tell ya but I am sure you don't need to be told twice. ;-) I can say that I had to give up quite a few of my favorite shoes when the swelling started during previous pregnancies... if you notice it is worse with certain shoes than you may have to adios them til after delivery. Hope the swelling improves and you feel better. Hugs!
