I am ok. meds seem to be working ok. BPs not up too bad - although I think for normal people it is! lol but for me it is great. Swelling is out of control! lol
My biggest complaint today is that this kid sits right on my hips- OMG my hip is killing me I can barely walk.
I have survived 6 1/2 weeks of bed rest so far. I am grateful I get to work from home full time still so I can continue my paycheck and eat some of my daily hours up!!
Jamie, you are lucky you aren't on bed rest. I hope it stays that way for you. My hips kill me as well but that is becuase my Dr. only wants me on my sides, I contract less that way.I am glad the meds are working for you and sorry to hear about your swelling.
Im not on bedrest but Im doing ok. Ive been takin my blood pressure meds which make me feel like crap and drinking as much as possible but other than that no change. I have an appt with my MW today to see how things are going and an appt with my kidney dr on thursday to start the process with him to try and figure out whats going on with me. But other than all that Im feeling ok. Just crampy and feeling blah so it could be worse :-D
I couldnt imagine being on bed rest so kudos to you ladies that are and are still SANE! lol
Doing well here, thank God not on bed rest.. knock on wood!! I had partial/modified bedrest with DD1 because of high BP but thank God I didn't have that with DD2 or this DD3.
Home from my midwife appt and I couldnt have gotten better news! My blood pressure was perfect, I lost another pound and there was NO blood or protien in my urine! So BIG improvements from last week! Tank is BIG and his heart rate is perfect as usual! Mama is VERY happy today!
So happy :)
I'm probably going to be admitted this week
But I'm ok if that happens. I'm crampy tonight and not sure if it's the food I ate or something else.. Took Tylenol and I feel better but will call tomorrow if I don't feel better
Hugs to all you girls ..hang in there
I have insulin and inject it in my stomach, and I used to get horrible bruises but now I don't... I kind of rest the needle against my stomach and find a place it doesn't hurt, then inject there. I used to get a huge bruise every couple nights but now I don't get bruises, sometimes tiny ones in the places I kind of test but don't inject. I don't know if that would work for lovenox, I don't know how big the needle is... but I thought I'd offer that in case it helped.
I had another cx and fluid check yesterday...
Down to 2cm...fluid is lower..off the contraction meds..but when I got home I ate dinner and got crampy..not sure if it was the food or something more. I took two Tylenol and it worked, the cramps went away...so I'm just taking it easy.
I have a question about amniotic fluid leaks tho... I feel "wetter" and I'm hoping it's not more than discharge and hormones. Sorry if tmi, just curious if anyone else feels like this
I can't imagine doing daily injections. Once a week in the butt is enough for me. The things we do to bring our little ones safely here....
Wendy - I usually have 1-2 days a week where I have increased cervical discharge but it should not be completely clear and it should be somewhat sticky or it might be amni. fluid. So definately bring that up to your Dr today.
