Just curious. We are currently in Huggies size 2 and I am not a fan. We have lots if little leaks. I usually use Pampers swaddlers which I love. They have always worked best for my boys and their "fat baby" bodies. lol
If you are using cloth diapers, which ones do you like?

<The Target diapers were cheaper than Pampers - even using the discounts I get on Amazon Prime. So I think I might get a small package in DD1's size to try them out as well - she will be a bigger test with all the moving she does.

I'm absolutely obsessed with CDs. You have no idea! Maybe it's because it's the first time that I'm doing it. I used to blog when I was doing online dating, so I decided to blog about it, as opposed to annoying my friends and family with it all. I'll review the diapers that I have and add a review any time I try a new one. I'm also looking into selling them.
When I was starting out cloth diapering I went crazy with the purchses for my son and bought way more diapers then we need. Now that my daughter is able to wear the one size and some medium sized diapers I'm overwhelmed by how many we own.
Question for those of you who cd. I have a friend that cd-ed her twins 13-14 years ago and possibly her 7 year old (I can't remember how old she was when she was adopted). She has Chinese prefolds that she has offered to me. Would you take them? I don't know how good of condition they're in but I also wondered if age could affect them. I was thinking they could be good overnights.
I totally agree that you get way less leaks and blowouts with cloth. I shudder to think of the poopsplosions that have been contained by my cloth! I've only had it leak out twice and that was because of the sheer volume of poop.
For the FTM's out there, when you get into larger size diapers there are way too many options. I remember reading lots of reviews to try to pick the best ones but in the end I just had to try them. For DD1 she can either wear the Pampers Baby Dry or Cruisers and I find the Cruisers to be better. It is hard to say why exactly, but they just seem better and worth the slightly higher price.
We also use Pampers Soft Care wipes. I used Huggies wipes for a long time and then got a sample of the soft care from Pampers which convinced me to switch.

I've been using Pampers size 1's since Costco didn't have the smaller size Huggies. I like both brands though. Everything I use has an eventual blow out.. it seems comparable to me. I have even had her blow out the cloth diapers. We use both.. but I have been doing more sposies as I've been lazy. When I do cloth, it is an indian prefold newborn size, with a cover.. usually Thirsties.
We use Fuzzibunz perfect size for my son's nightime diaper and I love it! It hasn't leaked yet, which I can't say for the Bum Genius ones. He's two though so he's in the size large.
It's funny all the people having leaks with huggies since my son would always leak with pampers but huggies had fewer leaks. I still find the fewest leaks with the cloth diapers. We have yet to have a blow out!
