Yuck. I caught a cold so now I feel so gross and congested. And then the coughing and sneezing is made worse because it also comes with a little reminder that I should have been doing my kegel exercises more regularly before now. Oh well, just have to keep a lot more panty liners with me all the time until I get over this.

Anyone doing their kegel exercises?

Right there with you. The sniffles,cough etc attacked me on Fri. Now, I have to keep loads of liners handy.

I've been that way for years, since my dd... Kegeling all the time! Hope you feel better soon!

I've had panty liners on every day, just in case. It makes laundry easier too. I never remember my Kegels unless I am reminded by someone or something. Hope you feel better soon!

I've been having to wear the overnight ones when I have a cold, it is out of control! LOL!~
