I'm sorry there is nothing I can help you with. I luckly sleep like a rock (until I have to pee) but then I'm back down and out like a light. Tylanal PM is ok to take though, have you tried taking 2 of those to ensure 8 hours of sleep? I know some it makes them feel crappy but just a thought.

Sorry... no great advice here... i had this problem last time too, but uit didn't really hit till the 2T. I remember just laying in bed tossing and turning! I know that a mild sleep aid is safe to take during pregnancy so you could look into something like that. I know i would just force myself to lay there because at least I was resting!

I got up to pee at 151am and its now 330am. DH is working until 4am, so it's my job to take care of ds when he wakes up at 8. And oh yeah, my stomach is growling.

I'm having similar problems. About every third night, I'm up most of the night. I have no help, just sympathy. Cranky (check). Exhausted (check). Whiny (check). Currently, I'm a peach to live with, just ask dh.

This is obviously something you would want to check out with your midwife but my midwife advised me to take a b6 vitamin plus a unisom tablet which apparently is not only a sleep aid but also was originally manufactured for pregnant woman and morning sickness so it serves both purposes.
