Okay, usually by 8pm I am so tired I could just cry.
This is obviously something you would want to check out with your midwife but my midwife advised me to take a b6 vitamin plus a unisom tablet which apparently is not only a sleep aid but also was originally manufactured for pregnant woman and morning sickness so it serves both purposes.
Sorry... no great advice here... i had this problem last time too, but uit didn't really hit till the 2T. I remember just laying in bed tossing and turning! I know that a mild sleep aid is safe to take during pregnancy so you could look into something like that. I know i would just force myself to lay there because at least I was resting!
