I started noticing pubic pain the day after Thanksgiving, but just figured it was a normal part of pregnancy and the ligaments stretching (which it is, but I didn't take it seriously at first).

Sorry you're having that going on - I had it with my first one 8 years ago and it wasn't fun.

Ughhhh....sorry, I feel your pain. So far I haven't experienced that, but I did have it with my 4th child....bad. :( It got so bad in the last few weeks that I had to sleep in a recliner...could NOT sleep in my bed.

There are some support belts that you can wear for the disorder...I sent Lesley a link.

i'm sorry!! I haven't had this too badly but I know women who have... chiropractors can DE fhelp but they also sell special support bands that can help too! They help relieve the pressure and distrube the weight. I know quite a few women who have bought those before and found them to be lifesavers!

I started having the pain a couple of weeks ago.. It was so bad at one point I was almost crying and I am not a crier.. I found I was overdoing it, painting with lots of squats, exercising and a lot of walking. The only thing that is helping is not walking fast, I cut out my exercises but am missing yoga so will do the next session in Jan.. Dani sent me a link with some belts you can buy but at this point I will pass on it. I am also planning on starting Chiro in Jan which I heard can help.
