round liagment pain already! yikes =(

So i've had this on and off for a few weeks now but its getting worse! I've had a few episodes of sudden movement and then that "OWW i pulled someting" pain. I know its round liagment because i got it a lot last time in the 3T... but oh geeze its getting worse already! Anyone have any great tips for helping with this??? i had hoped this wouldn't hit till the late 2T like last time... not so lucky this time around!

I totally know how you feel!!
I had it with DS but not with DD i think bc my body hadn't gone back to "normal" yet, I got pg with DD when DS was 14 months old.
