I can't sleep

Ugh, this pregnancy is by far my worst for not sleeping. I fall asleep fine but then I wake up a few hours later and I am up for half the night! Anyone else up all night?

I've had this issue a few nights. Have you tried taking a half of a unisom? My OB gave me unisom and B6 for morning sickness and the unisom really did help me sleep. Plus, since it's only half of a pill, I didn't feel groggy the next day.

I'm not getting much sleep either.  I have trouble getting comfy and then once I finally fall asleep I'm up a short time later to use the bathroom.  I'm up twice a night to use the bathroom.  Before you know it the alarm clock is going off for work.

I agree. I can't sleep at all.
My bday is coming up and my mom has found a great deal for the snoogle...all my friends swear by it, so hope it helps.
so exhausted already. hope we can sleep better.
