need protein filled lunch ideas

Ok... I normally have cereal for breakfast or maybe a granola bar. Then for lunch I really feel like I need something packed with protein and low sugar/carbs. I'm craving cheeseburgers everyday! I'm not a huge fan of heated lunch meats... and I hate canned soups. Any ideas for healthy but EASY lunch ideas. I work at home... so I have access to stove, microwave etc. I also need low cost as we are already a family of 5 and our grocery bill is crazy!! Thanks!!!
