I went to my first appointment today, which wasn't really an appointment, it was more of a "fill out papers with the nurse" appointment.

Jen, momma to 3 DDs, 1 DS, and 2 StepDDs - expecting our 7th! having a baby

I'm 36 hitting 37 soon. Due May 2012 with baby #2. Was 31 when I had my first boy. I haven't seen my doctor yet. Hopefully in 2 weeks. I don't like the amino sample thingy and will probaby pass it. Will take the quad test or other test though. Haven't seen my pooch yet on a sonogram. Not oldddd. :)

I'm 39 and this kiddo will be arriving after my 40th birthday (hopefully!). No special treatment so far. I actually expect less this time, cause we didn't do IVF to get our little oops. By this time with DD I already had two ultrasounds, and ob won't even see me until 11 weeks this time.

I will be 35 next Sunday. I have refused all genetic testing and such. I have known too many people in my family to be told they have a good chance for Down's Syndrome and the babies have all been healthy. Then my SIL was told everything was fine and my niece was born with Down's. So, I refused it with my first child who is now 3 years old and have refused it with this one too. I am a worry wart so it just wouldn't be a good idea and I don't believe in terminating pregnancy. So, far no mention of my age but for whatever reason I have to see a high risk OB this Wednesday.
