Cramping or braxton hicks

Im on my third as well.. i have excesive braxton hicks.. ive had it with all 3 pregnancies.. they r painless contractions... Ur uterous will feel tight then relax.. its practice contractions for the real thing.. i felt mine as early as 10 weeks.. im 17 weeks and have just started having them again.. but they r painless and non-productive.. they r not steady.. usualy if u have more than 8-10 in an hour they want u to talk to ur dr. But i average around 30 or more.. but as i said.. mine are not productive so im fine.. u can have them with any pregnancy.. now.. gas... Can hurt like period cramps and make u think its a contraction... So if u cramp try gas meds and wait an hour.. this almost always solves my cramping issue..

Progesterone never caused me any side effects (other than pain and cramping at the injection site). I took it for the first 10 weeks of my pregnancy.

I am having a lot of ligament pain in my lower abdominal area. Some days it's a constant dull ache with occassional shooting pains. It's somewhat troubling but my OB says it's normal.
