I know Ivillage hasnt been doing so well since they changed over awhile back but what can we do to make this board more lively?

I was wondering the same thing.  My last EC in '09 was hopping!

I was thinking the same thing!! My 09 board was hopping! Some things we did:
Wednesday belly pics
Whine Time
Lots of games/ice breakers
DYK(did you know)Some random fact or info about you at the time. We did this weekly:-)
