Turns out my due date is May Day! 1st Dr appt and who I've told

I had my first Dr. appointment yesterday and the bean is measuring at 6 weeks instead of the 7 seven estimated by my LMP.  I am excited to be prenant, but I feel like I just lost a week!  

I told my mom, and she inisited advised me to tell my mother in law.  So I did, and I'm glad I did.  She was excited and agreed to keep it a secret for another month or so.  I want to wait until I'm further along to make the info public. My next appointment is at 10 weeks gestation.  I'll probably feel comfortable telling the rest of our family then. 

No morning sickness yet, but I do have abdominal discomfort and I'm burping a lot, so maybe I'm just "powering through" the sickness.
