Medicines in Early Pregancy

Ugh, I'm feeling serious mom guilt right now! 

I fractured my foot 2 dpo and was on anti-inflammatory meds and pain pills for a few days (probably stopped them before fertilization though, I think). Both of them were Category C drugs.

I'm also on Macrobid for recurring UTIs - it's a Category B and everything I read said it was fine during pregnancy so I kept taking it... but now I found a website that says to avoid it during the first trimester. 

Of course it's a Friday so I can't call my OB or urologist until Monday - but I'm obviously not going to take anything else until then. I just hope I didn't do anything to hurt the baby!
