With my pregnancies I am known for horrible morning sickness/all day. But, this time it is brutal. With 3 others at home to watch after, I am having a tough time. What are some natural remedies that work for you?

B6 and sea bands, also sucking on lemon drops and making sure I eat a little bit every two hours. Mine is always all day sickness. This time around I tried the sea bands for the first time and my nausea is almost all gone. Good luck!

I have been trying the b6/unisom for the past few days. I don't see much of a change yet. I just feel nauseous all day, but I haven't actually thrown up yet. I may try the lemon drops....salty and sour have been my things too. I have liked pretzels and things like apples and pineapple. I am hoping I can just keep at nausea or eliminate it all together. This is my 4th, but it is the furthest I have made it without throwing up! I don't see the doc til 11 weeks so I still have awhile lol
