I've decided to channel my nervous energy into organizing my "baby planning". I thought it would be helpful for me to get handle on all the different tasks and ideas swirling around. If I don't write things down, I'll inevitably forget them. So, I bought a binder and dividers. I've thought of these sections so far:

  1. General To-Do
  2. Projects
  3. Research
  4. To Buy
  5. Books & Resources to check out
  6. A pouch for all baby-related expense receipts


Does anyone have any other suggestions? I'm a FTM flying blind here! lol

Maybe look for some freezer meals to make before the baby comes so that you have food that just needs to be thrown in the oven or microwaved. I which I would have prepared that way before I had ds.

I did that for my second, very handy!

I think I would add a section for all of the instruction manuals/warranty information for all of the things you do purchase. That stuff comes in handy just when you don't realize you still need it!

Wow!  That's a really good idea!

And I love the idea of a place for the warranty things.  AND the food in the freezer idea!  yay!
