I had some morning sickness with my DD, not all day, but around lunch and dinner. With this pregnancy, I always feel sick and I have no appetite, unlike last pregnancy. It's difficult for me to find anything I can eat without feeling repulsed. UGH! I can't wait for 2nd trimester!
Well, here's an update to my earlier post. I definitely found something that makes morning sickness worse.
My little one wanted chicken nuggets for dinner. I told her that probably wouldn't be a good idea because mommy could get sick (from the smell of them cooking). But she really wanted them and I didn't want to disappoint her. I already knew it would be rough because just the smell of the frozen nuggets was already making me nauseous before I even put them in the toaster oven. So, I put on a face mask and prepared to sit in our bedroom while they cooked. I told DH he would have to get them out and cut them. But he was practicing piano while they were cooking and she needed something from the kitchen, so against my better judgment I went in to get her the edamame she wanted. Even with the mask on, the smell came through and sent me running to the toilet. DD came in with worry on her face and said, "Mommy, the chicken nuggets make you sick?... You're not okay... You're sad." She's 3, so her concern was so cute and sad at the same time. I told her we wouldn't be able to have any chicken nuggets for some time and she said that would be alright. And then she "made me" something from her kitchen "to make me feel better". She brought me a plastic onion on a plate. My little love!!
I am fine when not thinking or seeing food, but if I see it or think it... I swear I run to the bathroom feeling like I am going to throw up more than I have to pee. And I can only eat more 2-3 bites of anything before I feel like it'll all come up. I'm living off of chocolate milk it seems lol
I just started feeling nauseous a few days ago, and I am desperately trying to will myself from throwing up. I am forcing myself to eat here and there. It is worst at night, but it seems to be coming morning after i get up and lasting all day. I started feeling a cough come on last night, and I got up with a sore throat and more coughing today. It is so hard to hold back throwing up when gagging from that lol. I feel you guys. I started trying the b6/unisom combo 2 nights ago, so I am hoping it might help if I keep it up?
