Sweetie, I am no expert, but I'm going to give you my honest informed opinion. Based on the date you announced your bfp, which unless I m mistaken was on March 9th. Let's say for dating purposes that was an early bfp, and you were 12 days post ovulation. that would give you a conception date of Feb 27th. That would make you 9 weeks 3 days. Now even if you were a few days less along, you would have to have been at least 10 days to get a positive digital test, and thats unlikely. So that means 9 weeks. What I'm trying to say honey is that in all likely hood this is not a viable pregnancy. I'm not at all trying to be unkind. I just know you want answers. Now there are miraculous cases where even at 9 weeks a fetus isn't seen, but that doesn't explain the sac being undersize. If it was me I'd take myself to the ER where they have a good ultrasound machine, and a reliable tech, and insist they check. I suffered a loss at 14 weeks, they did this to me. It was awful. The logic in me knew there was no way based on when I got a positive test but they wouldn't come out and say it, and they kept having me come back. The waiting, and dragging the whole thing out was a nightmare. I'm so incredibly sorry for all you've been through. I wish there was something I could say or do ease any of this for you.
