Arms/hands numb :(

I woke up this morning with my fingers tingly and numb and my hands and forearms aching...i thought I had slept wrong, but changing positions with my arms did not help. I googled the symptoms and I came up with Carpel Tunnel syndrome, which I have NEVER had an issue with...anyone else experience anything like this during early pregnancy? It totally makes no sense to me, trying to decide if I should call the dr or wait til my appt next week.

It's happened to me a couple of nights this week, too.

I've had that in previous pregnancies. I don't remember how long it lasted, not too long I think. Good luck!

Hi,
I had that happen in my last few pregnancies - this time it lasted a little more than a day and all i did was take off any restricting jewelery / clothes and tried to make sure that arm was better supported when i went to bed the next night - it is far more pleasant than pinched nerves in the legs.
Can't hurt to call your doc and see what he/she says.

I'm sure that other ladies who have had babies before will have more useful insight for you but I can tell you what I've learned in school.
