Does anyone else get brief abdominal pains that then seem to go away?

I have been getting them about 3-4 times a day (very very brief, like 3-4 seconds) but I figured it is just the organs stretching and moving around. My R/E told me as long as it is not more painful than your period cramping (I have endometriosis so those are excruciating) and don't last for more than a minute you are fine. It might also be gas bubbles, since pregnant women seem to have more than other people.
