how to not freak out...

Everything's going well in my pregnancy so far, just had a bit of very light spotting last night that stopped almost immediately and I feel fine, but man is it hard not to freak out! Even with all the info I've read reassuring me that it's not uncommon. How do you stay calm when you get a pregnancy symptom? I keep telling myself let's not worry until there is something to worry about, but it's hard to follow that advice!

As it turned out, I was right to be concerned - ultrasound today showed no more heartbeat. )-:

It's really, really hard not to worry. The first two weeks after I found out I was sooo nervous and worried 24/7. The only way I've been able to calm myself down is to really just tell myself everything is fine. I still get nauseous throughout the day and my boobs are stil super sore. I still am fatigued all the time and I feel like those are all signs of a healthy growing baby! There are days where I don't get as nauseous and I start freaking but have to talk myself down...every day we are all getting closer and closer to the point of lower risk..so that's a great thing, right?
