Got my 2nd betas back :(

I'm trying so hard not to fall apart. My levels only increased from 44000 to 58000. That's 14000 in 48 hours. Thankfully my doctors office squeezed me in for an us tomorrow. Anyone have an btdt stories to share. Good or bad, I want to know what your thoughts are? Any chance things could still be ok?
